Spa Policies and Procedures


 
  • Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment so that we may start your service on time or earlier.

  • Cancellation/Rescheduling: Please provide at least 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment, your treatments are reserved for you. Late cancellations will be charged 50% of the treatments scheduled. No-shows will be charged 100% of treatments scheduled.

  • Services and Packages Purchased on nastranskincare.com: All sales are final, no refunds.

  • Quiet Space: Please turn off cell phones upon check-in and speak softly. We strive to provide a quiet environment for our clients.

  • Children: We ask that you do not bring children to your appointments. Children under 18 that request treatments must be accompanied by a guardian or parent that co-signs their initial consultation form.

  • Forms of Payment: We accept cash, American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover cards for payment. Personal checks are not accepted.

  • Gratuities: Tipping is never expected, but always appreciated. Customary gratuity is 15-20 percent. Please leave any gratuities at the reception desk when checking out. Tipping envelopes for cash gratuities are provided at the front desk, or you may add gratuity onto your credit card.

  • Product Returns or Exchanges: Since we use organic elements to create our products; the shelf life is 3-6 months depending on the type and size of product purchased. You may return unopened skin care products in original packaging within 5 days of purchase accompanied by a sales receipt for a full credit. Any opened purchases may not be returned.

  • Jewelry/Valuables: If possible, please leave your jewelry and valuables at home or in your vehicle, as you will not need them during your visit.

  • Communicating Preferences: All aspects of treatment can be modified to your taste and skin care needs. Please feel free to ask questions.

  • Pregnancy or Medical Conditions: Please be sure to mention any relevant medical information when you book an appointment, since certain treatments may not be advisable for you. Before your treatment begins, let your esthetician know of any medical concerns or if you are wearing contact lenses before you receive treatments.

  • Modesty Concerns: Robes are provided and can keep you covered. Our staff leave the treatment room while you get undressed and put on your robe and keep you covered at all times. They also leave the room before you get up from the table to get dressed.

  • What to Wear During Your Treatment: Please wear comfortable clothes. If you have any questions, please let us know.

  • Professional Spa Establishment: We expect our clients to conduct themselves in a professional manner. If an esthetician ever feels that a client is behaving inappropriately, they are authorized to stop a treatment immediately and direct you to the front desk.
