Instructions

Please contact us at info@nastranskincare.com. Our Online Customer Service Team will be happy to assist you for eligible returns, with a free return label, return instructions and the return shipping address. If you received the item as a gift or wish to exchange it for another item, directions will be provided. Only products purchased on NastranSkinCare.com may be returned. As Always All the service sales are finals. For the products you have 10 days to return your product and receive a credit toward any other purchases.

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase on NastranSkinCare.com, you may return the unused portion to us for a refund or exchange.

For your protection and to ensure prompt delivery, we recommend that you send your return via UPS or insured Parcel Post. Your return and exchange will be processed promptly and will be shipped via standard ground shipping. Processing and transit time for exchange packages is usually 7-10 business days from the time the exchange is received. Business days are from Monday to Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. An email will be sent to confirm receipt and processing of your return or exchange request.
